I grew up in Romania, in an Eastern European city, with big dreams and no roadmap.

Years later, I found myself building a global career from Vienna, Austria, traveling across the world, and learning not just how to live anywhere — but how to start over, again and again.

That journey shaped me.
I know what it’s like to stand at the edge of uncertainty and ask, “What now?”
I know how it feels to rebuild — with courage, with curiosity,

and with no guarantees.

I am Nico and today, I’m a certified coach, trainer, and facilitator.

But more than that — I’m a human being driven by a deep curiosity about human potential, guided by values like growth, truth, and real connection, and deeply committed to empower individuals to find their own answers.​

I believe that in life, real change doesn't come only from pushing harder— it happens when we pause, reconnect with what truly matters, and take one honest step in a new direction.
